For restaurants that miss calls at dinner rush
Your restaurant's phone, answered by AI — every call, every order, 24/7.
It talks like a person, takes the whole order, and prints the ticket straight to your kitchen. Prices come only from your menu — it cannot make one up.
Hi — do you have shrimp fried rice?
We do. Small or large?
Large. And two egg rolls.
Got it — one large shrimp fried rice and two egg rolls. Anything else?
That's it.
Can I get a name for the order?
Mike.
Thanks Mike — that's $20.04, ready in about 15 minutes.
Every price on this ticket came from the store's own menu.
The problem
A busy phone line is a leaking bucket.
Dinner rush, line busy
The two hours you make most of your money are the two hours nobody can get through. They call the place next door instead.
Staff on the phone aren't on the floor
Someone has to stop what they're doing, ask twice, write it down, and still get the size wrong.
You can't count what you missed
A missed call leaves no trace. You never find out how many orders walked away last Friday.
How it works
Three steps. Nothing changes in your kitchen.
The phone rings
Your existing number forwards to us. Customers dial exactly what they always dialed.
The AI takes the order
Sizes, combos, extra spicy, no onion — it asks what it needs and confirms the order back before placing it.
The ticket prints
Straight to the printer you already own. Front counter and kitchen can print different things.
What it handles
The messy parts of a real phone order.
It doesn't lose items
The order lives on our server, not in the AI's memory. Every dish is confirmed and locked before the order is placed — the model can't quietly drop one.
Prices come only from your menu
It is structurally unable to quote a price you didn't set.
Combos, sizes, substitutions
Swap the rice, change the side, add the price difference — by your rules, not the model's guess.
Changes and cancellations
Customers call back to add, change or split the bill. A cancellation slip prints too.
They can still change it after they hang up
The confirmation text has a link. Customers add a dish, drop one, change a quantity, a size, the no-onions — even swap the rice — without calling you back. The kitchen gets a change slip automatically. Once the kitchen starts cooking, the order locks.
They can change the food. They cannot change the price — every edit is re-priced from your menu on our server, and whatever the phone sends is ignored.
Prints in English and Chinese
The kitchen reads the name it actually uses.
If a caller hangs up mid-order, you get a slip
Phone number, the dishes they already named, and why the call ended — printed at the front counter so someone can call back while it still matters.
Two AI providers, self-healing
If one provider goes down, later calls route to the backup on their own and switch back when it recovers.
Every call recorded and searchable
Scan the QR on the ticket to hear exactly what was said.
Also runs as an in-store kiosk
The same menu, cart and ordering logic on a screen at the counter — walk-in customers order by talking to it directly, no phone call needed.
Hear it
Don't take our word for it. Listen to one.
A full order, start to finish, with the ticket it printed.
The demo recording isn't up yet. Book a demo and we'll play one for you on the call. Book a demo
Pricing
You pay when it takes an order.
A commission on the orders it actually takes — no per-seat licence, no setup fee for the phone line you already have.
Questions
The five things every owner asks.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep the number printed on your menus and windows — it forwards to us, and we answer it.
How long does setup take?
Most of the work is getting your menu in — sizes, combos, and what each dish is actually called on the phone. We do that with you, then test with real calls before it goes live.
What if it gets an order wrong?
It reads the whole order back before placing it, and every call is recorded — scan the QR on the ticket to hear exactly what was said. If it can't handle something, it hands the call to a person instead of guessing.
Which languages can it take orders in?
English and Chinese today. The kitchen ticket can print the Chinese dish name even when the order was taken in English.
Are the calls recorded? Is that allowed?
Calls are recorded so you can check any order. Recording notice and retention are covered in the privacy policy, and recordings are kept for a limited window, not forever.
